1. Start with a lesson you have taught
The teacher chooses a student and adds a transcript, notes, a PDF or a Google Doc. This course material is the starting point for the lesson content.
AI drafts a recap: a summary, vocabulary, corrections, grammar, expressions and work to prepare, depending on the material provided. It also proposes exercises. Generation continues in the background, so the teacher can leave the page and return later.
2. Review and choose what to share
The option to review before publishing keeps the lesson as a draft. Teachers can check the recap, edit or remove exercises, then publish the lesson to the student. They can also withdraw a published lesson.
Private teacher notes stay private and are never sent to AI. A separate AI context field lets the teacher provide information useful for preparing course content.
3. Practise vocabulary and points from the lesson
Students find their published lessons in their personal space. They can read their recap, print it or choose “Save as PDF” in their browser.
Exercises include multiple-choice questions, sentences to complete and French-to-English word matching. Answers come with corrections. Vocabulary and mistakes remain available to help students return to difficult points.
The student space suggests a next practice action and tracks homework. Teachers can use practice results to prepare the next session. Interactive exercises run in the connected application.
4. Open a teacher space or join your teacher
Teachers create an account, verify their email and wait for an administrator’s approval. Signing up alone does not give access to the teacher space, which is in French.
Students join FluentFlow through their teacher’s invitation, complete their profile and access the lessons shared with them. The student interface is in English, with French lesson content and translations and explanations depending on the lesson.
